Dear Yuletide Writer

stellarmeadowYay, yuletide assignments are out! Before I get down to doing mine, I'd like to let whatever lovely, wonderful person is going to be kind enough to write a story for me know where my requests came from.
Duran Duran - I'm a John/Simon slasher to my core when it comes to Duran Duran. Considering it's all fiction, I'm open to a lot of types of stories - based in real situations, or completely AU, smut or no smut. And if you're not into slash, just anything about the way the two of them clearly care about each other as deep friends works for me.
Man From UNCLE - Again, I'm an OTP Napoleon/Illya slasher, but given their jobs and the times, obviously they are by no means monogamous, but the OTP goes more to their dedication to each other at the end of the day. They won't leave each other behind, they go off unsanctioned missions to back each other up, and, as Napoleon said when he met up with a captor of Illya's, "You have something that belongs to me." As far as types of stories, I don't even need smut or even outright slash, just anything like the show, especially first season, works for me. Missing scenes, post- or pre-show stories, or entirely new missions. It's all good.
Merlin - I'm new to this show (as it's new itself, obviously), but I find myself fascinated by the combined destinies of Merlin and Arthur, and how they have come together so naturally. I'm very intrigued by the idea of future fic with them, or first time slash, or even some adventure that the show has not shown. I know little about the Merlin story in general outside of this show, other than the very basics, but don't let that stop you if you do.
Donald Strachey movies - I love Don and Timmy being a cute couple. I also love mysteries and crime solving in general. So really, if you stay in the spirit of the movies, there's really no bad there.
