Get Smart!
Jun. 16th, 2008 11:15 pmJust got home from a sneak preview of Get Smart. Let's see, what can I say about it? Um....
Go. See. This. Movie.
It is funny. It is intelligent. It is slapstick. It has some kick ass action sequences. It is, of course, a little cheesy. And the actors are all fabulous. Steve Carell is just...he is such an amazing actor. He pulled off that role so fabulously--and it was written so well, too. Just the right combination of intelligent and bumbling. Anne Hathaway is always fabulous. And the entire supporting cast, right down to cameos...omg. And the President? *dies* And the Vice President! *rolls* Hell, even the cinematography is fabulous. *G*
Also, there's a definite contender for MTV Movie Awards Best Kiss. No doubt about it.
